Acupuncture &
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine have evolved over five thousand years, blending ancient wisdom with modern biomedical understanding.
Acupuncture supports the smooth flow of Qi, the vital energy essential to health, through pathways in the body called channels. When Qi becomes blocked, excessive or depleted, the body is more vulnerable to illness.
Grounded in the principles of yin and yang, acupuncture addresses both symptoms and their underlying causes.
As a practitioner, I treat the whole person rather than the disease, listening with all of my senses to identify areas of disharmony. Treatment creates space for the body’s innate intelligence to emerge.
I view this process as alchemical, deeply rooted in the physical as well as the spiritual.
Treatment can involve the use of; acupuncture, gua sha, moxibustion, cupping, food therapy, massage, exercise and lifestyle suggestions including: tai chi, qi gong, meditation and breathing techniques.

Intuitive movement is encouraged to honour your inner wisdom, stage of life, menstrual phase, and present state. Classes are seasonally aligned to harmonize with nature, concluding with receiving Acupuncture on points for deep integration and relaxation.
