This offering supports those seeking guidance on their health journey. Whether you’re in pain, feeling burned out, emotionally unsettled, low energy, or stuck in unhelpful patterns, Chinese medicine can offer a framework and path back to equilibrium.
Rather than treating symptoms alone, I work with the whole person, listening deeply to uncover the root imbalance so your body’s innate healing intelligence can flow freely.
Chinese medicine is both alchemical and spiritual, helping you reconnect with your vitality and live with greater ease and authenticity.
Each consultation includes a detailed health history, facial and tongue diagnosis, and personalized recommendations such as food therapy, lifestyle and movement practices (tai chi, qi gong, meditation, breathwork), herbal formulas, and other somatic tools for ongoing support.
-
60 minute calls or in person meetings are available.
I also offer a three month mentorship program that includes biweekly calls, email support, and clinical observation.
Drawing on over 15 years of experience in Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and the Healing Arts, I provide insight, guidance, and resources to help you navigate your evolving career or educational path in integrative wellness.

This is for girls to ask questions about menstruation, sexuality, and the transition into womanhood. Together, we explore physiology, setting healthy boundaries, and resources to navigate these early experiences with confidence and care.
Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese medicine, which honours menstruation as “heavenly water”, I share gentle practices and techniques to make this time easeful and sacred.
This offering invites the next generation to re-write old narratives of shame and disconnection from female physiology. By understanding their hormones and natural rhythms, girls are empowered to make choices that nurture lifelong health, empowerment and balance.

Ocean Therapy is the practice of using the sea’s natural elements, including water, waves, sound, and sea air, to restore balance, reduce stress, and support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Sessions can range from simple meditation and mindfulness practices to more structured ocean based experiences.
One foundation of Ocean Therapy is the “Blue Mind” effect, a meditative state created through proximity to water that can calm the nervous system, reduce mental fatigue, and foster a sense of ease and presence. Ocean Therapy may also draw on elements of thalassotherapy, the therapeutic use of seawater, sea air, and marine resources to support relaxation, circulation, and overall wellbeing.
Sessions may include activities such as walking along the shoreline, swimming, paddle boarding, sailing, or simply spending intentional time in relationship with the ocean. These experiences can support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, or other physical and emotional challenges.
Ocean Therapy is offered one on one or in group settings and may include simple rituals and practices that help cultivate an ongoing connection with the ocean, even when living away from the sea.

This offering was born from noticing a missing piece in the healing potential of clinical practice. It is a simple ritual, held in nature, that symbolizes and honours a transition in your life. This may include the end of a relationship, a career change, menarche, menopause, retirement, or any time you feel called to begin again with a new energy.
We will meet outdoors in a place of your choosing, though this can also be offered online. Each ritual is thoughtfully created to support and honour your unique transition.
I will hold a dedicated space for you as you move through this shift. This work is rooted in the teachings of feminine embodiment and shamanism.

Acupuncture &
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Acupuncture & Chinese medicine have evolved over five thousand years, blending ancient wisdom with modern biomedical understanding.
Acupuncture supports the smooth flow of Qi, the vital energy essential to health, through pathways in the body called channels. When Qi becomes blocked, excessive or depleted, the body is more vulnerable to illness.
Grounded in the principles of yin and yang, acupuncture addresses both symptoms and their underlying causes.
As a practitioner, I treat the whole person rather than the disease, listening with all of my senses to identify areas of disharmony. Treatment creates space for the body’s innate intelligence to emerge.
I view this process as alchemical, deeply rooted in the physical as well as the spiritual.
Treatment can involve the use of; acupuncture, gua sha, moxibustion, cupping, food therapy, massage, exercise and lifestyle suggestions including: tai chi, qi gong, meditation and breathing techniques.

FOR RETURNING PATIENTS ONLY
Glass cups are briefly heated to create gentle suction on the skin, acting like a reverse massage. This encourages the smooth flow of Qi and Blood, promoting circulation and releasing tension. Temporary marks may appear and typically fade within 5–10 days as the skin returns to its normal color.

Acupuncture for children and babies. From infancy to age 8, gentle techniques such as Tui Na (Chinese massage), acupressure, food therapy, and lifestyle guidance are used to support harmony and well-being in your little one. After age 8, acupuncture needles can be safely and effectively introduced to help with skin conditions, digestion, immunity, frequent colds and flus, behavioral changes, and to nurture a healthy, developing nervous system as preventative care.

Massage
This full-body, unifying modality combines Swedish Relaxation, Thai Massage, Reiki, Lomi Lomi, Tui Na, CranioSacral Therapy, and Acupressure to release tension and restore energy and blood flow. Each session is individualized, blending knowledge and intuition to support both physical and energetic well-being.
Massage invites you to become centered in your body, allowing the nervous system to regulate, blocked energy to release, and adhered tissues to soften. In this receptive state, the mind and body can relax, fostering a deeper connection to the heart and your inner vitality.
Each session offers a sacred pause, a chance to realign with your natural rhythms and access a deeper sense of wholeness, supporting balance, clarity, and vitality. Optional use of essential oils to enhance relaxation and integration.

This treatment includes the abdomen and breasts, gently activating acupressure points and releasing fascia to support optimal organ function. In many traditional healing systems, these areas are an integral part of full-body care. Though often omitted in Western practice, yet their inclusion can be deeply beneficial.
This massage is especially supportive for reproductive, hormonal, digestive, post-surgical recovery, and menstrual concerns. Essential oils may be added to enhance relaxation, open the senses, and ground you in your body.
-
Designed for women experiencing hormonal, menstrual, digestive, or fertility imbalances, this gentle therapeutic treatment focuses on the belly, hips, and lower back. It works to increase circulation to the pelvic, reproductive, and digestive organs, supporting the body’s natural healing processes. The intention of this massage is to enhance blood and fluid flow, helping the body release stagnant energy held within the organs and tissues.
